Interchange+ Explained

Interchange + is often considered the lowest cost option for card processing. 

Interchange is the rates charged by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for the use of their cards. We simply pass those fees onto you and add a small fee.

Competitive Rates

We offer highly competitive rates based on sales volume and will match any current rates you have.

Basic: 1% + $0.15 per transaction

Good: 0.8% + $0.15 per transaction

Better: 0.75% + $0.15 per transaction

Best: 0.30% + $0.10 per transaction

What is a merchant account?

A merchant account is a special bank account that allows you to accept credit card payments. It acts as the middleman between you, your business bank, and the credit card networks or acquiring banks.

What documents do I need to setup a merchant account?

In order to setup a merchant account you will need the following documents (additional documents/or substitutes maybe needed):

  • Proof of business: We will need one of the following, business license, article of incorporation, or articles of organization. 
  • A voided check or a bank letter confirming account information for deposits.
  • EIN SS4 form (sales tax ID)
  • Credit card statements or bank statements

I don’t use checks what can I provide instead?

If you are unable to get a check you can provide a bank letter on bank letterhead that includes; full name on account, routing number, account number, and is signed by a banker.

This is a new business; I do not have any bank statements yet what do i do?

If you don’t have any bank statements to submit, you can provide an opening balance sheet instead.

What if I have a current processor?

Not a problem at all. We will ask that you provide us with 2 recent processing statements for us to submit. If you have a current processor it will not affect you getting approved.

How quickly are funds deposited into my account?

Funds are usually deposited within 3-5 business days depending on holidays and weekends. As well as how quickly you process your incoming orders.
