Support Level Summaries

Basic
Basic support is for those individuals who are the “do it yourself” type and just want to create the occasional support ticket for assistance. You’ll have access to our support center via a login. From there, you will be the ability to review or open tickets and access our Knowledge Base to find answers to frequently asked questions.

Advanced
Advanced support is for the professional that needs more of a hands-on team approach. This plan offers everything the Basic list includes and then more help on top of that. The most significant difference is Advanced Support customers will get phone support. Phone support can be the fastest way to troubleshoot a problem or get help with setup. Additional hours are available in blocks of two (2) hours.

Premium
The ultimate level of support. We are here for you! With this plan, you get everything in Advanced but an industry-leading six (6) hours of phone support per month. You also get a second login to the support system. Either user can use the support site or call the support team when they have a problem. Premium subscribers get the help they need when they need it.
